To ensure that participants gain both practical knowledge and tailored support, the programme has been carefully designed to combine theoretical learning, hands-on training, and personalized mentoring. Participants will have access to a diverse set of learning formats, each addressing different dimensions of innovation, entrepreneurship, and cross-sector collaboration.




Specifically, the programme will provide:

Three webinars on horizontal topics

Including:
  • Legal framework and policy
  • Sectoral insights from national agricultural bodies of Spain, Cyprus, and Japan
  • Navigating the business environment
Three online courses on vertical topics

Focusing on:
  • Geospatial technologies
  • Artificial intelligence technologies
On-site training workshops

Covering areas such as:
  • Customer discovery
  • Product proposition and product–market fit
  • Hypothesis testing
  • Securing collaborators
One-on-one mentoring sessions

Delivered by participating organizations and our extended network.




The full description of the programme will be made available in November 2025. Upon successful completion of the programme in its entirety, participants will be awarded 2 ECTS, in the form of a micro-credential course issued by the Cyprus University of Technology. Participants who successfully complete the programme in its entirety will also be eligible to apply for dedicated funding opportunities. This funding will support them in conducting business discovery activities and piloting their technologies in the countries of the consortium partners — Japan, Spain, and Cyprus.
