One of the the largest dairy producer in Cyprus, operating two extensive industrial facilities that manufacture products for both local and international markets. The customer had diverse telemetry and remote-control requirements, with an initial request for a cross-factory smart electricity monitoring system. This system was aimed at providing a detailed breakdown of electricity consumption across all production lines. To meet this requirement, we implemented a LoRaWAN-based Electricity Monitoring solution, which included: 1. LoRaWAN Gateways 2. LoRaWAN Electricity Meters 3. One of our customer's core activities is pig breeding and reproduction. They required a solution to automate the monitoring of their male pigs' sperm refrigeration units' temperature and to provide alerts if the temperature exceeded predefined thresholds. To address this, we deployed a LoRaWAN-based Cold Chain Monitoring solution that included: 1. LoRaWAN Gateways 2. LoRaWAN Temperature Sensors 3. The CyRIC IoT web platform and mobile application, which enabled data analysis, storage, and visualization, as well as the generation of alarms and alerts sent to the customer via SMS. Building on this foundation, the customer expanded the system to enhance their production process monitoring by adding: 1. LoRaWAN Controllers for remote control and monitoring of various production sub-systems. 2. LoRaWAN Water Level Sensors to monitor water levels in storage tanks. 3.
