AgriFusion

AgriFusion: AI-Enabled Closed-Loop Water and Nutrient Management for Hydroponic Agriculture AgriFusion is an AI- and IoT-enabled smart agriculture solution designed for controlled-environment and hydroponic farming. It integrates real-time monitoring of water quality, nutrients and environmental conditions with AI-based plant-health analysis to support data-driven crop, water and nutrient management. The solution combines sensors for pH, EC/TDS, temperature, humidity, light and water level with IoT connectivity, a digital monitoring platform, plant-health analysis and nutrient-management decision support. Its closed-loop approach enables recirculation and more efficient use of water and dissolved nutrients while helping growers identify plant-health issues and management requirements in a timely manner. AgriFusion is currently at the pilot-ready prototype stage, with an operational research testbed developed and field-tested at Iqra University, Pakistan. The solution is intended for hydroponic farms, controlled-environment agriculture operators, research institutions and agri-technology partners seeking to improve water efficiency, nutrient management and crop monitoring.
